They were kind enough to provide the Book Fair with shopping bags for your purchases. Also, I wanted to let everyone know that Ms. Miller (Kindergarten) won the teacher drawing for $25.00 Scholastic dollars to spend at the Fair. Lastly, due to your generous support of the Book Fair, I will be able to add a ton of new books to the library. Thank you. Angelia McGough (Librarian)

Nerf Nite Update

Nerf Nite is scheduled for Saturday, January 29th, 2022, 5:30pm – 8pm in the Legacy Academy Gymnasium.

The PTCO card reader is not active and we are in the process of getting this up and running properly, therefore, we are asking parents to bring cash or check for this January Nerf Night.

Currently, Nerf Night is for Legacy families only. Participants must be 7 and up (6- year-olds may play if a parent is in the gym with them). This is an excellent time for families to play together. Parents are invited to play as well. The cost is $10.00 per person. Bring your own blasters to the event (we do not provide blasters). Students may not bring their blasters to school during school hours. Do not bring darts or discs. Protective eyewear and darts are provided. Parents will be required to sign a waiver prior to this event, no exceptions will be made. The waiver will be available at the office during school hours and at the event. Concessions will be available.

Come and enjoy a fun night with your friends and family.
If you have any questions, please email jackie.johannsen@Legacyk8.org or vickey.harjo@legacyk8.org.

We will need help setting up, tearing down, judges, concessions, and food donations. Any parents that donate food or time may apply it to your volunteer hours. ($10 in donations or 1 hour of your time will equal 2 volunteers’ hours).

If we do not have enough volunteers to host this event, we will have to cancel the January Nerf Night.
