All Week

The PTCO will be hosting a Holiday Shop Monday, December 10 through Friday, December 14. The younger grades will be previewing the items during a time their teacher selected during the week and then will be able to make purchases during the last hour of the school day. There are many options for the children to pick from, ranging from $1 to $15, most of the options are below the $5 mark. The Holiday Shop will accept cash (or credit/debit cards if a parent comes in and would like that) and the gifts will come home wrapped in fun self-sealing bags. This is a wonderful chance for your children to be able to purchase gifts for their family! If there are any issues with an item, please be sure to reach out to the PTCO, and we will be able to resolve the issue for you quickly. You can reach us via email at ptcoboard@legacyk8.org.

Volunteers Needed

In order for our Christmas Concerts to be a success, we need a team to help out behind the scenes. If you are able, we need a team to help set up chairs on Monday, December 17th and tear them down Thursday, December 20th. We also are looking for a team of adults to help direct traffic in our parking lots each night. If you can help with the parking lot, just make sure to sign up on the night that your student(s) is not performing if possible. For example, if you have an elementary student (K-4th), sign up to help out on December 18th during the 5th grade/middle school performance. Or if you have a middle school student, sign up to help on December 19th during the Kindergarten through 4th performance.

Make sure you check the dates of when you are helping as it may seem a little confusing!

  • Monday, December 17th 2PM-3PM Chair Setup
  • Tuesday, December 18th 4:45PM-6:30PM Parking for 5th/MS Concert
  • Wednesday, December 19th 4:45PM-6:30PM Parking for K-4th Concert
  • Thursday, December 20th 9AM-10AM Tear Down

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the WatchDOGS coordinator or call the office for more information.
